Asbestos Survey North East – Our asbestos survey reports are written in a clear and understandable format. The Asbestos Register lists any present asbestos. The condition, type and location (shown on a Data Sheet for each sample taken) is clearly listed, along with recommendations for any future action that should be taken. The report also details a summary of all the information relating to the survey and gives you a brief overview.

All non-domestic property must comply with regulation 4 of the control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), Asbestos Survey North East can assist you in reaching this requirement. Our Asbestos Management Survey will allow you to comply with regulation 4. We take samples and have them analysed by a UKAS Accredited Lab and prepare a comprehensive report that covers all areas giving recommendations and a suggested action plan.

This must be carried out prior to any major refurbishment or demolition. This is a destructive survey on areas that are to be disturbed and requires walls to be drilled, voids to be inspected, floors to be lifted etc to find any asbestos present prior to refurbishment or demolition work commencing.
